When it comes to ventilation cooling in the workshop, many people will have their own views and there are many solutions that can be used. More commonly, traditional air conditioners or various fans are used, which actually have an effect, but most can only play a mitigating role, and if you want to achieve true ventilation and cooling, either the investment is large or there is a safety risk of high energy consumption. These situations are particularly prominent in some large steel structure factories.

Today, we shared a large-scale steel structure workshop cooling and ventilation case of 13,000 square meters. The workshop is 150 meters long and 90 meters wide. The workshop is an all-steel frame structure workshop. During the production process, the equipment generates a large amount of waste heat. The summer workshop temperature lasts more than 40 degrees. Combining various factors, we decided to adopt a combination of fan fans for the environmentally friendly air conditioning processing industry. The scheme is characterized by low investment, low energy consumption and high efficiency. We first install evaporative coolers on the roof of the workshop, that is, environmentally friendly air conditioners or water-cooled air conditioners, send the air to the workshop, and then fully diffuse the air through the industrial large fan. At the same time as the pressurized water-cooled air conditioner is supplied, the residual hot air in the workshop is discharged outdoors through positive pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of overall ventilation and cooling of the workshop, and improve the high temperature and sweltering environment of the workshop in summer. The total energy consumption of the scheme in summer is 130 kWh, and the temperature of the workshop in summer is controlled at 27 to 29 degrees Celsius.

Another advantage of the combination solution for large fan fans in the environmentally friendly air conditioning processing industry is that it can be used alone. For example, when the spring is not very hot, the industrial fan can be turned on separately to help the workshop ventilation, and the energy saving effect is good.
