Third, the air cooler is cleaned once a week, if the dust is large or the weather is relatively dry, it is recommended to clean it once in about 2 days, if it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to drain the water before use

Fourth, in the rainy season or if the air humidity is relatively large, do not open the refrigeration function, and do not open it when the water quality is poor and the outside temperature is low, because this will affect the refrigeration effect

Fifth, winter is generally not necessary to use the air cooler, in the deactivation of this time, to close the water valve, the water in the chassis drained, and to clean, the power plug unplugged, and then the shell should also be cleaned and then put on the dust cover

1. 2. Before powering on, please confirm whether the rated voltage and frequency of the product are consistent with the power supply voltage and frequency, if the main circuit power supply voltage is used incorrectly, it will cause damage to the product, or may cause danger of electric shock, fire and other hazards.

3, this equipment is only suitable for general ventilation, ventilation, cooling use, it is forbidden to install the host in the dust collection room, the grinding room, the paint room, flammable and explosive, there is more dust (the dust particles contained are less than 100mg/m3) or with oil, smoke, corrosive, acidic places.

4, the air cooler around should maintain enough air intake, a single air cooler air inlet area is not less than 1.5 square meters, please do not put the air inlet close to the wall, curtains and other physical objects (the air inlet and the physical object distance ≥ 20cm), otherwise it may block the air flow, affect the air supply effect, resulting in the motor temperature rise in the machine to burn out the motor.

5, the air cooler according to the site environment must regularly clean the equipment air inlet dust net and evaporator wet curtain paper, cleaning frequency depends on the site environment, the general dust of the place every 7 days or 15 days cleaning, so as not to block the air inlet, resulting in motor heating caused by fire accidents, to maintain the cleaning of the air cooler must be cut off after the power can be carried out, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

6. The outdoor power cord should be wired with flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant conduits to prevent the aging of the power cord or the rat biting the power cord causing the line to short circuit and cause fire accidents.

7, the cold air cooler continuous work is best not more than 10 hours, in general, work for 4 hours to stop for about an hour, in order to extend the service life of the motor, while reducing the temperature rise of the motor to avoid burning the motor.

8, the air cooler cleaning function switch is forbidden to be open for a long time, generally each cleaning time that starts the cleaning function switch for about 5 minutes after the need to close.

9. It is strictly forbidden to transform the air cooler or remove the cold air blower protective net and evaporator wet curtain paper, otherwise there will be a danger of electric shock or poor contact; If the customer disassembles or modifies the equipment without authorization, the company is not responsible for any risk of water leakage, fire or electric shock caused by improper disassembly or modification.

10. When the shutdown is not in use, the main power switch must be turned off, and the use of the host equipment is prohibited without regular maintenance and maintenance.
