Second, the location of the equipment installation is selected

1, from the overall point of view, the equipment is best selected to be installed on the external wall of the building, as far as possible to shorten the convection distance;

2, the equipment can be installed on the wall, window sill, but the installation environment should ensure that the air is smooth and fresh, the water curtain should not be equipped with odor or odor gas exhaust port, such as: toilet, kitchen, chemical object exhaust outlet, etc. If there is no window or door for sufficient ventilation, negative pressure ventilation should be set up to ensure the demand air volume of the plant;

3. The fan is installed in a position of 1m to 1.5m from the ground, so that the convection is at the appropriate height and creates a refreshing environment.

4, fan + water curtain ventilation system installation mode is generally longitudinal and transverse two.

5. It is necessary to ensure that the rack structure at the installation position of the fan water curtain system is stable, and the strength can support the weight of the entire equipment and maintenance personnel.

Third, the technical requirements for equipment installation

1. Before installation, the bracket is welded with angle steel, and its reference size is determined by the size of the on-site installation requirements, and fixed with six M10 expansion screws and two M10 through-wall bolts in the position to be installed.

2. Due to the safety of people entering the machine during maintenance and the stability of the fan itself, it is advisable to use 40 * 40 * 4 or 50 * 50 * 4 angle steel.

3. The installation should be completed by our technical personnel separately, and the installation drawing should prevail, and the drawing should be optimized and installed in combination with the actual situation of the installation site.

4. The specific installation steps of the fan water curtain are as follows:

In the first step, it is preferable to remove the window where the fan or water curtain is installed and clean the inner frame of the window.

The second step, the following figure installed on the fan or water curtain, before installation, first use angle steel welding bracket, fan and water curtain to ensure horizontal installation, fixed screws must be strong and reliable, after installing the water curtain, pay attention to the use of glass glue edge sealing to avoid affecting the convection effect.

Next, a negative pressure fan is installed on the window sill of the longitudinal convection of the water curtain;

Fourth, the use and maintenance:

1. Each negative pressure fan is suitable for cooling in 30-150M² room.

2. Before the use of the negative pressure fan + water curtain system, please check whether there are any paper and dust and other debris in the wet curtain and the pool, and it should be cleaned 6 to 10 times during the annual use period. The water curtain is directly flushed with a tap, and the water added to the pool should be tap water or other clean water to maintain the high efficiency of the wet curtain of the unobstructed pipeline.

3, the motor is the heart of the fan, if a failure should be immediately cut off the power supply, timely ask the electrician to repair. When installing, it is necessary to pay attention to connecting the ground wire to ensure personal safety, and be careful when folding the impeller, so as not to deform the blade and collide with the box.

4. The float valve in the pool or water tank should ensure that the water level can automatically replenish the water when it reaches the lower limit, and cut off the water when the water level reaches the upper limit; If the float valve control fails, when it is found that there is a lack of water in the pool or the water level is dripping, it should be adjusted or replaced in time.

5. If the wet curtain water supply is found to be insufficient or uneven, check whether there is a shortage of water in the pool, whether the pump is running, and whether the water supply pipeline and the water pump inlet can pass through the water, the small hole in the water supply pipeline is blocked, and check whether the water spray pipe is located in the middle of the wet curtain. The normal spray height should be greater than 80mm.

6, because the fan is low pressure type (static pressure, dynamic pressure are small), so can not be in the blind negative pressure fan outlet with the method of lengthening the pipeline to stay away from the air supply.

7. The circuit of the fan and the pump should be centrally controlled, and the control switch should be installed indoors.

9. When the water curtain is not used in winter, the water in the pool or water tank should be cleaned, and the water curtain and the box should be bandaged with plastic or cotton cloth to avoid wind and sand entering the room.
